We choose each cheese according to season, ripeness and aromatic variety — with a focus on France, complemented by outstanding international cheeses when they meet our standards.

The first delivery is sent at the time of order; subsequent boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month.

The cheese is shipped chilled with cooling packs via DHL.
