This box is a journey of discovery for anyone who loves bold, matured and aromatic cheeses. We select five distinctive mountain cheeses that stand out for their ripeness, depth and artisanal quality — from fruity, powerful Comté from the Jura to nutty Gruyère d’Alpage from the Swiss Alps.

It is also a perfect example of our curatorial approach: France is at the heart of our selection, but we consciously include exceptional cheeses from other regions when their flavour and quality truly stand out.
