Based in Perigord in south-west France, Caviar Perle Noire specialises in the breeding of trout and freshwater sturgeon originally native to the Siberian lakes. Thanks to the great mineral richness of the soil in this region, which provides the ideal water conditions for these fish, and thanks to the many years of expertise of the Caviar Perle Noire team, you can find some of the best French caviar here.
We offer caviar ‘Classique’, which is matured for six to twelve months, in 10 and 30 gram sizes. And of course you can also enjoy the ‘black gold’ on site in our bistro.
