Maison Fleurs de Chocolats is an exceptional chocolatier and confectioner, distinguished by its floral creativity and refined craftsmanship.
Under the direction of Elwood Bouazza, former head chocolatier at Pierre Hermé, the house offers unique creations such as Pâtes de Fleurs – a floral reinterpretation of classic fruit pastes – as well as chocolate bars made using the traditional enfleurage technique from the perfumery of Grasse.

The quality philosophy is clearly recognizable: The flowers used are fresh, organic and come from places including Grasse, while the chocolate ingredients are carefully selected from organic farming.

Each creation is the result of highly precise craftsmanship that combines aromatic elegance and innovation – a rare taste experience where the delicate floral notes blend harmoniously with the intensity of the cocoa.
